In 2019 Para Taekwondo was adapted in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the sport is practiced by athletes with physical and intellectual impairments. In the Kingdom of Bahrain, a special team for Para Taekwondo athletes are formed in this sport which is listed under the Bahrain Special Olympics.
